Justyna is a very active community member and likes to network with people living around the world and from all over the world. She is a bridge builder between different migrant communities because she can speak eight languages (Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish). Through various study programs in different countries, she has gained strong language skills and begun thinking as a cosmopolitan. She has played an active role in many transnational projects in Argentina, France, Russia and the US. Being part of a truly global team in an international environment, she realized how important it is to recognize intercultural differences and act accordingly. She organizes cultural and social networking events in her community. Last year migrants in the city of Munich democratically elected Justyna as their representative. She was awarded the Mayor of the City of Munich’s social engagement award. She is a very enthusiastic person and she likes to travel a lot, which is why she writes her impressions on Facebook under Reisen Deluxe. She is from the multicultural region of Podlasie which she recommends for holidays.
She is interested in social innovation and implementation of creative ideas that could change the way we live for the better and facilitate communication. She and her team are implementing interesting projects. She believes that in the battle of ideas, only the best communicators survive. That’s why it is very important to communicate our ideas with others. Her objective is to combine her social and leadership skills to add maximum value to the community. She was elected Ambassador of Women Entrepreneurship in Germany and she is one of the authors of the book Business Inspirations of Polish Woman in the World, along with many other women from the US, Israel, Zambia and Japan.
