Confirmation of bank account

What can a Confirmation of the affiliate organization’s bank account look like?
This information needs to be visible from the confirmation:
  • Name of the account holder
  • Name of the bank
  • Address of the bank
  • Account number
  • IBAN number
  • SWIFT code
It is possible to send the following documents – as long as the above mentioned information is provided and it is understandable to someone not speaking your local language:
  • Statement with a stamp and signature from your bank
  • Bank statement
  • Electronic bank statement
  • Print screen of your electronic banking

The confirmation serves two main purposes – according to the Czech law we need, as a foundation, be sure that we are not transferring money to unknown accounts, the confirmation is proving that. The other reason is that this information is provided in all contracts and this is a way for us to make sure that the data is correct before transferring the money to wrong accounts and consequently both sides losing money on returned transfers.
